The Cause with Ali Larter
Digital Kitchen Los Angeles and AT&T are proud to have produced a special documentary about the fight against child hunger featuring actress/host Ali Larter (Heroes, Obsessed). We traveled to St. Louis and Chicago where we took an inside look at Project Peanut Butter and Feeding America, two organizations that are having amazing results in combatting child hunger issues both in the U.S. and abroad. Through "The Cause", DK, AT&T, and Ali Larter hope to raise awareness for these charities and educate people about how easy it is to make a difference.
"The Cause with Ali Larter" will be available throughout November exclusively on AT&T U-verse and online at AT&T U-connect. Watch the special now

Maurice Sendak Opening Titles
Isotope Films in collaboration with HBO Films contacted Digital Kitchen to create the titles for a documentary by Spike Jonze and Lance Bangs about the artist Maurice Sendak, the beloved author and illustrator of "Where the Wild Things Are."
Spike Jonze had been friends with Maurice Sendak for over five years before he and Dave Eggers began working on their adaptation of “Where the Wild Things Are.” Jonze recognized in Sendak a passionate, daring, truthful, and, yes, wildly imaginative artist, and a fellow imp of the perverse. In this short film, made while Wild Things was in production, a sometimes melancholy but always wickedly funny Sendak reflects on his Depression-era childhood in Brooklyn , a joyous day at the World’s Fair, the kidnapping of the Lindbergh baby, his books “In the Night Kitchen” and “Higgledy Piggledy Pop!,” his two beloved Hermans (Melville, and his German-shepherd namesake), and a long-buried secret. "Tell Them Anything You Want," a coming HBO documentary will air Oct 14th.
True Blood titles nominated for Emmy Award
DK is honored to receive its 12th Emmy nomination in the category of Main Title Design. DK previously won for the Dexter and Six Feet Under main titles. Many thanks to HBO for the opportunity to work on the project.
