Student crisis "Lux zine spread"
Illustration and design for a article about the financial hardships that students are facing after graduation. I only had one night to get this together so I painted the student on frosted mylar and tried some different types of plant life in watercolor. I wanted the student to seem innocent and have the plant life creeping up in the distance. Finally after about 6 attempts one worked. Lux zine July issue.

Dyson Balloon Accelerator
At first I wanted one of these, but upon some careful reflection realized a) that would require spending upwards of $300 on a fan, and b) I would just be That Guy With the Dyson Thing. Then I watched this video, and now I want about a hundred.
Linoleum block "Travel books"
Here is a set of limited edition travel books I created for my new storefront (still in beta testing). They were printed with Linoleum blocks and thin transparent printing inks.
This project is an extension on my story about a young woman who kills her adulterous husband after realizing he has been cheating on her for the third time. Above are the many faces of our love entrenched jealous wife.

Awards Wall
DK has been lucky enough to recently win two major awards (Webby's People's Choice and a Gold Effie). We are pumped. So to extend the celebration our interns made a wall full of awards - best donut anyone?
